Real-time Reporting
Real-time reporting allows attorneys to receive text live from the court reporter�s laptop. We are an authorized LiveNote provider. Utilizing LiveNote, the transcript can be viewed, word searched, highlighted or marked while the deposition is in session. In addition, the attorneys will leave the proceeding with a rough draft of the transcript on their laptop.
Expedited delivery
Our standard delivery time for transcripts is seven to ten business days. We also provide daily copy and expedited delivery for an additional charge.
Condensed transcripts and word index
Condensed transcripts and word indexes are included at no charge with each deposition or hearing.
Videographers
At Lynden J. And Associates Inc. we can supply you with certified legal video specialists with state-of-the-art equipment.
Videoconferencing
We have in-house videoconferencing facilities and can arrange for you to connect with a witness virtually anywhere in the world.
Transcription services
We offer verbatim transcription of audiotapes, videotapes, and digital files. Clients that rely on our expert transcription service include the Los Angeles Police Department, District Attorneys Office, Public Defenders, private law firms, private investigators and many others.
